Kashmiri Youth Movement, a non-political student group of young Kashmiris born post Kashmiri Pandit exodus, is conducting events across the world to raise awareness about the Kashmiri Hindu genocide. The first event was held at Connaught Place in New Delhi on 8th of December. Thousands turned up to the educational drive that was meant to bring awareness about the Kashmiri Hindu genocide. Around 1500 visitors to the place interacted with the volunteers of the Kashmiri Youth Movement who were holding playcards and informational materials about the exodus of the Kashmiri Pandits.

The educational drive was organized by the volunteers of Kashmiri Youth Movement with the motto to educate the youth who are completely unaware of the atrocities faced by the Kashmiri Pandits. The group is also involved in the revival of the Sharada script, a popular script that was used in North western India from 8th to 12th century and a precursor to the Gurmukh Script.

The Kashmiri Hindu exodus is one of the bloodiest exodus the nation ever faced. The Kashmiri Hindu community faced seven waves of exodus. More than a million were displaced from their homeland and are living as refugees in multiple parts of the world. But the entire course of history has been largely ignored by the mainstream media who had shown a soft corner to the perpetrators i.e. the Kashmiri Muslims.

The upcoming event are to be held in New York, Los Angeles and several other places in USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
